For over 35 years Simon has been actively involved in all aspects of property development, specializing in property law, planning development and investing.

From planning to completion , Simon utilises his legal background combined with his business attitude to find ,assess and execute development opportunities with accuracy.

Simon has a hands on approach that allows him to negotiate with key stakeholders, and works with the best consultant teams so as to deliver unique and successful projects.

Paul Givoni

With an established background in general management , finance , sales and marketing Paul joined FMDG in 2009.

Paul is responsible for the general management and daily operations of the group. His particular focus is assessing and analysing the feasibility of projects so as to mitigate and manage risks associated with the development. Paul is hands on from the procurement of the sites , project design, marketing ,construction and project delivery.

Working closely with Simon they bring together a unique combination that results in producing well considered quality projects in desirable locations.
